The capacities, ambitions, motives and skills of the candidate will be at the centre of attention. De Linde Groep uses tailor made assessments; in-depth interviews, competence measurement, value scans and psychological analyses which assess how someone thinks and acts in specific situations and on what areas there may be opportunities for improvement. The assessments are based upon the various neurological levels of Dilts/Bateson; behaviour, capacities, (obstructing and confirming) convictions and values. Our consultants are certified for doing this type of analysis and evaluating the results.
